Refund & Return Policy

At Bruce WoodWorks, every piece is handcrafted with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference, each board is one of a kind and made to order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
