Shipping policy

Processing Time All Bruce WoodWorks orders are handcrafted and ship within 1–2 business days of purchase. Please note that custom orders may require additional production time, we'll confirm your estimated ship date at the time of order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
